Although there are qualified lawyers and arbitrators in our team, our focus is on providing excellent mediation and related services.

Mediation is a process whereby the parties attempt to resolve disputes by a mutually designed settlement agreement, with the process and discussions assisted by a neutral third party.

Our preference for mediation is firmly supported by the latest research which confirms that parties are generally much better off with a non-adjudicative dispute resolution process, and having direct involvement and control over the final solution to their disputes.

Our diverse team of qualified and highly experienced professionals can assist with mediation for most disputes, including commercial, international, investor-state or other complex dispute challenge.

Dispute prevention involves taking steps earlier in the dispute management process, more up stream or closer to the potential source of disputes in the circumstances.   

We can assist with implementation of mechanisms for timely anticipation, identification, intervention and deescalation of issues which may lead to full blown disputes, along with various training, capacity building and other process familiarisation options depending on circumstances and particular requirements.

As with mediation and mediation counsel services, all tasks and associated costs will be discussed in full and formally agreed with you prior to any steps being taken or amounts being payable.

Packages provide budget certainty and cost effective services over the long term.

 Not only do we recommend mediation as a first option when attempting to resolve significant issues with others, we can also provide representation for parties to mediation, ensuring that they have dedicated and highly experienced professional support when engaging in mediation.  It is important that, if necessary, parties have the very best team for the purpose and the comfort of knowing that their interests will be appropriately advanced and their rights fully protected.

 In the end, whether as mediators or mediation counsel, we provide an excellent opportunity for parties to experience one of the most satisfying ways to manage disputes. 

The usual fee for providing both mediation and mediation representation services is AED 1000 or USD $300 per hour.  A minimum advance payment is usually required for the first three hours.  All fees and any other costs will be discussed and agreed in advance of any obligation on your part.
