We noticed many years ago that there was a need for a better way for businesses to resolve their disputes, and in 2013 we set up in the U.A.E. intending to focus on providing mediation and related services for the wider business community.  

Despite mediation being a natural fit historically, along with the potential for an independent mediation provider in the region, the offering was premature.

About a decade later, here we are, convinced that there is a strong need for a genuine alternative to the predominant adjudicative dispute resolution processes. 

Consistent with our initial intentions in 2013, our primary aim is still to provide exceptional mediation and related services to the UAE and wider region, in the belief this will contribute to disputes being prevented and or resolved more satisfactorily.

The services are provided by a group of highly qualified and experienced professionals, mutually dedicated to the belief that mediation is a necessary option to be equally, if not primarily, considered and made available in any dispute setting.

We strongly believe that a non adjudicative process such as mediation is a better way to manage serious differences between parties, especially those who were formerly in a working relationship.
